Known as the winningest captain and drafter in NA Dota 2 and one of the best all time across the world, Peter “PPD” Dager has had tremendous success leading teams to victory. From 2014-2016, Peter led Evil Geniuses to three consecutive podium placing at The International, including a 2015 TI5 Championship. While playing the position 5 support, Peter looks to add to his 13 total event victories and further cement his claim to being one of the best of all time.
Per Anders “Pajkatt” Olsson Lille has been a name associated among the best since the original Dota and has continued that tradition ever since in Dota 2. Playing the position 1 safe-lane carry role for this new team, he will be looked to regularly to secure farm and carry his way to victories for the team. Pajkatt brings with him the experience and knowledge that comes with playing at the highest level across multiple regions of competitive Dota.
Quinn “CCnC” Callahan, is thought of by many as the next great young talent in Dota 2. At only 19 years old, CCnC playing the mid-lane position 2 looks to prove worthy to the hype and expectations set by his peers. Through flashy game winning playmaking and some of the best laning abilities in Dota, look for Quinn to quickly become a fan favorite and a player that carries his team both early and late game to victory.
At 20 years old, Ludwig “zai” Wahlberg has been playing competitive Dota 2 at the highest level since 2014, making him one of the most experienced young players in the game today. Zai primarily known for his play with Evil Geniuses over the last few years has over 15 event championships and plans to carry on that winning mentality as part of this new team. Having the versatility to alternate between support and carry Zai and his teammates are confident in his skill playing in the offlane position 3 role this year.
Kodiak comes to OpTic Gaming after recently stepping down from his role as manager at Evil Geniuses for Call of Duty and EG Fighting. During his time with EG he was resposible for the two teams as well as content creation and general organization wide support. Kodiak will act as the manager for OpTic Dota and aims to ensure that the players only have to focus on being the best competitors possible, handling any logistics and planning with regards to tournaments and day-to-day schedules.
